The Halifax Curling Club is the oldest continually operating curling club in Canada, founded in 1824. Halifax’s top quality ice and hospitality have attracted strong fields to this event from across Canada and internationally, including defending women’s champion Team Lawes and men’s champion Team Epping.

This event is one of the premier events in Atlantic Canada, and will draw teams from across the country and the world to beautiful Halifax, Nova Scotia.  The field of 15 women’s and 15 men’s teams will compete for $51,000 in prize money. Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 4 games, a meal of seafood chowder on Friday, live evening entertainment and a band on Saturday night, and live streaming of games by Curling.Live!

PLEASE NOTE: this event does not operate on a first come, first served basis. Registration requests are due by August 1st, 2023, and entries will be confirmed no later than August 11th, 2023. Teams that withdraw after September 8th, 2023, will forfeit their entry fee. Payment instructions will be sent to teams upon submitting their registration request.
